These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PSX Bazaar website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services. You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use PSX Bazaar.

PSX Bazaar is an independent market data and analytics platform. We do not provide trading signals, recommendations, or financial advice of any kind. All market data, charts, screeners, calculators, and other content are provided for general informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice, nor a recommendation, offer, or solicitation to buy or sell any security.

• You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and any resulting gains or losses
• Past performance and projections are not reliable indicators of future results
• You should consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions
• PSX Bazaar is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) or the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP)

Market data is obtained from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete, or contain inaccuracies. We provide all data on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. PSX Bazaar does not guarantee the timeliness, accuracy, or completeness of any data and shall not be liable for any decisions made in reliance on it. Data should not be used as the sole basis for real-time trading.

To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up to date

Accounts are personal to you and may not be shared, sold, or transferred. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

PSX Bazaar offers free and paid subscription plans (Basic, Pro, and Premium). Paid plans are billed in advance in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) on a monthly or annual basis through our third-party payment processor.

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period
• Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy
• We may change plan features or pricing, with prior notice to active subscribers

All content, features, and functionality on PSX Bazaar — including text, graphics, logos, charts, software, and data compilations — are owned by PSX Bazaar or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, resell, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing upon the intellectual property or other rights of PSX Bazaar or third parties
• Scraping, harvesting, or extracting data through automated means
• Reselling, redistributing, or commercially exploiting our data or content
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Spamming, phishing, or engaging in fraudulent activity
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Reverse engineering or interfering with the operation of the Services

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PSX Bazaar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any trading or investment losses, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and revising the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
